WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE JARED?
United States orders will be processed, shipped and sent tracking within 7 to 14 business days. Every piece is handmade by our team in Los Angeles. You will be updated every step of the way via email/text.

YES WE SHIP WORLDWIDE, EVERYWHERE.
Once an order is placed, we can’t make changes. International customers are responsible for taxes or duties. Your local carrier will reach out to collect fees before delivery.

International shipments take longer, be patient, its worth the wait.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order has not shipped yet, yes. Send us an email RIGHT AWAY to sam@jaredmuros.com with your order number and new address.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your item is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow. If you didn’t get the email, check your spam folder or shoot us a message.

SIZING? DONT ORDER THE WRONG SIZE.
Every product page shows specific garment measurements, review before ordering.

Everything is MADE TO ORDER specially for you reading this. At the moment we can not offer returns or exchanges, this helps us cut down on waste and overproduction.
